Palm Beach Multicultural Organization Inc. (PBMOI) was founded by Loma Blenman and has an Organizational Structure of President, Secretary Treasurer, Vice Presidents, Cordinators/ Organizers and Members
The Organization is comprised of a group of highly skilled and multi talented individuals with hundreds of Collective years in Industries including, Health Care, Variable Trades, Music, DJ, Radio, Community and Cultural Organizing, Collective Bargaining, Finances, Social Media etc.
Our mission is to organize people in the Community around Cultural Lines and build diversity for the purpose of increasing the awareness of International Culture. Our functions include, promotions and celebrations of Cultural Events for people of all nationalities and walks of life to enjoy.
Our goal is to bridge the cultural divide by identifying areas of need in our communities also, to partner with community leaders, to develop and implement programs that encourage the empowerment and advancement of underprivileged individuals and Of course, International Culture
We continuously engage people including those in Cultural Organisations, Music and other Entertainment Business, Dancers, Costume and Float Designers/ makers, Steel Pan and other Musicians, Art and Fashion Designers to participate with us by getting involved in our events and teaching adults and youths theme interpretation, costume design and more how to maximize their efforts and interests in learning and producing the cultural work in a way that tell stories about International Culture,
This type of work presents a platform to build Unity while fostering an environment of competitiveness, teamwork, leadership, communication, etc.,among the different cultures
It also allows for participants to showcase their talents. and cultures and have loads of fun in the interim
Over the years we have proudly advocated for, and made donations on occasions to the Soup Kitchen Inc., of Boyton Beach Florida, Palm Beach School of Autism and other Charitable Organizations
Palm Beach Carnival is a Product of Our Organization. It is an annual Multicultural Fun event and a tourist attraction that forges a boost in the economy for Merchants and ultimately for Palm Beach County
This year Our Organization hosts a FAMILY FUN DAY.
IT IS FREE EVENT FOR EVERYONE TO ENJOY.
It consists of Competitions in Sports and Games, Prizes, DJ music, International Artists, Dancing, Food and Craft Vendors and Fun, Fun, Fun.
To add to the fun and enjoyment of the day we ask everyone to dress in Your National Colors. It is the Theme for the event.
We are proud to host this Free event; as it presents an opportunity for our Organization to give back to the people. It is so meaningful to us to have an event that will attract visitors to our community while benefiting Palm Beach County including the merchants and the participants that attend the event
